Ingredients

• - Roasted beets, sliced
• - Burrata cheese
• - Fresh arugula
• - Olive oil
• - Balsamic reduction
• - Chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

1. 1. Slice the roasted beets and arrange them on small serving plates.
2. 2. Place a ball of burrata cheese on top of each beet slice.
3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic reduction, and a few pistachios for crunch.
