Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8-inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with just a few crumbs.6. Let the brownies cool in the pan, then transfer to a cutting board.7. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from the cooled brownies.
