Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.3. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, food colouring, and vanilla extract, then mix in buttermilk.4. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.5.
