Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream

For chocolate and peanut butter lovers, this indulgent ice cream is a dream come true. The rich chocolate base and swirls of peanut butter create a perfect balance.

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup peanut butter, melted slightly

Instructions

1. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
4. Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan. Drizzle half of the melted peanut butter over the surface. Repeat with the remaining chocolate mixture and peanut butter.
5. Swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate mixture using a knife or skewer.
6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours. Serve with crushed peanuts or chocolate chips for extra crunch.
