Classic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

You can never go wrong with vanilla. This no-churn version is rich, creamy, and flecked with aromatic vanilla bean.

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
5. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
6. Scoop and enjoy as is, or top with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or sprinkles!
