Sweet Potato Fries with Dipping Sauce

Sweet potato fries offer a sweet and savoury option alongside the more indulgent fried foods. Serve them with a creamy dipping sauce for an added bonus.

Ingredients

Cheeseburger Sliders

• - Sweet potatoes, cut into fries
• - Olive oil
• - Salt and pepper
• - Paprika or chilli powder
• - Greek yogurt or ranch dressing

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Toss sweet potato fries in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. 3. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. 4. Serve with a side of Greek yogurt or ranch dressing for dipping.
