Ingredients

• - Chorizo sausage, crumbled
• - Velveeta or Monterey Jack cheese
• - Milk or cream
• - Salsa
• - Tortilla chips

Instructions

1. 1. Cook the chorizo in a skillet until browned.
2. 2. Melt the cheese with a splash of milk in a slow cooker or saucepan.
3. 3. Stir in the salsa and cooked chorizo, then serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
