If you love the combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, then you’re going to love this S’mores Cookie inspired by Crumbl’s famous flavour! These cookies are chewy, gooey, and full of that classic s'mores flavour.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
4. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
7. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per cookie) and flatten slightly.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
9. Cool for a few minutes before enjoying these gooey, delicious cookies!
