Loaded Nachos with all the Fixings

A crowd favourite, nachos are customizable and perfect for sharing. Layers of crispy chips, melted cheese, spicy jalapeños, seasoned beef or chicken, and all the toppings make for an indulgent snack.

Ingredients

• - Tortilla chips
• - Shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
• - Ground beef or chicken (seasoned with taco seasoning)
• - Black beans
• - Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
• - Sour cream
• - Guacamole
• - Salsa
• - Sliced green onions
• - Fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips, then sprinkle cheese, ground beef, black beans, and jalapeños.
3. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. 4. Serve with a side of guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
