Ingredients

What you need:

• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
• Ice
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a flute or coupe glass.
3. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
