Dirty Martini: Bold, Savoury, and Perfectly Briny

For those who appreciate a drink with a savoury edge, the Dirty Martini is the ultimate choice. The addition of olive brine gives this cocktail a distinctive briny, savoury flavour that pairs wonderfully with a good gin or vodka.

Ingredients

What you need:

• 2 1/2 oz vodka or gin
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz olive brine (adjust based on how "dirty" you like it)
• Ice
• 2-3 green olives for garnish

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine the vodka or gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 20 seconds until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with 2-3 green olives on a cocktail skewer.
