Ingredients

• 1 cup pineapple, diced
• 1 mango, diced
• 1 papaya, diced
• 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
• ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Coconut-Lime Dressing

• ¼ cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

1. Combine the pineapple, mango, papaya, and kiwi in a bowl.
2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the fruit.
3. Top with shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
