For those who like a little heat, chipotle ranch offers a smoky, spicy kick to your wedge salad.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
• 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the can
• 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

1. Instructions: Stir all ingredients together and adjust the heat level by adding more or less chipotle.
